||
|
Good afternoon,
We are aware of reports of anti-social behaviour involving vehicles attending residential streets during late evening and night-time hours.
Incidents involve vehicles parking up for extended periods, with occupants remaining inside and causing disturbance to residents.
Issues reported include: Engines left running for long periods of time Loud music and noise from within vehicles Disruption from shouting/talking during late hours Litter left in the area Occasional reports of suspected drug-related paraphernalia being found after vehicles leave
This behaviour is being treated as anti-social behaviour (ASB) and is a priority for local policing teams.
Police Action Officers are conducting targeted patrols and will take enforcement action where offences are identified, including use of Section 59 powers, traffic enforcement, and fixed penalty notices.
Report Information Please report incidents as they happen, including vehicle details, locations, and times. Evidence such as photos or video (where safe) is helpful.
Reports can be made via 101, online reporting, or 999 in an emergency.
